Know Your Worth... worth the wait is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and youth around the world. Our mission is to help women and youth reach their full potential and make their dreams a reality. The team behind this mission is led by Founder  Jervonne Thacker and  Co- Founder Alicia Johnson, supported by Chief M.O.M (manager of messes)  Avie Keenan,  Powerful anointed panelist Yolanda Keenan and Youth Panelist Ahmiyah Johnson. We are also joined by our amazing panel of Women of Wisdom and Phenomenal Women, as well as numerous volunteers, members and supporters.
